I operate a small Cottage Bread Bakery in rural Connecticut and offer a menu of Sourdough Breads baked to order on weekends. I am originally from Germany and therefore bake quite a bit with rye flour. Over the past two years I have also developed a small Sourdough Bread baking class program, which I teach in my home kitchen.
